1. Introduction

Welcome to Snippets AI, a service designed to improve text expansion for developers, including features like automation flows, snippet management, and more. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snippets AI's desktop application, website, and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Snippets AI, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Snippets AI offers the following subscription plans:

  • Pro Plan: €11.99 per seat per month
  • Team Plan: €19.99 per seat per month

All plans are billed monthly on a per-seat basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined for the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy section.

6. Subscription and Refund Policy

7-Day Trial Period

We offer a 7-day trial period for new customers. During this period, you can explore Snippets AI’s features without any charges. If you choose to continue using Snippets AI after the trial period, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Usage Limitations: No refund will be issued if you have exceeded 10% of your monthly usage limits. We monitor usage to ensure that all customers adhere to their subscription plans.
  • Refunds for Non-Use: If you have not utilized Snippets AI within the first 10 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the subscription fee. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover costs related to account setup, registration, and any commissions associated with establishing your service.

Exceptions to Refunds

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have exceeded 10% of your monthly usage limits.
  • You have used Snippets AI for more than 10 days.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at team@getsnippets.ai. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the subscription date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription.

International Customers

Our refund policy applies to all customers globally. Please note that exchange rates and transaction fees for international customers may affect the final refund amount.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Snippets AI reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through updates on our website.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snippets AI’s liability for any claims, damages, or losses is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims related to intellectual property, which may be brought in a court of law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you accept the new Terms.
