4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For European Union Residents: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (subscription start date).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email to team@getsnippets.ai).
Important Note: By using the Service during the withdrawal period, you expressly agree that we begin performance of the service immediately. You acknowledge that once the Service has been fully performed or if you have used the Service beyond minimal activity, you will lose your right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day period and have not used the Service beyond minimal activity, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
